Velma Delores Frazier, 87, of Elizabethtown, IL. died May 27, 2019 at Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehab. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Rosiclare.
Survivors include her son, Charles (Debbie) Soward II of Rosiclare, IL.; daughter, Kim (Stan) Frazier-Cotton of Henderson, KY.; sister, Barbara Barger of Newburgh, IN.; grandchildren, Samantha Austin, Catherine Belford, Hannah Soward-Resaba, C. Robert Soward, William Soward, Eston Cotton, Ian Cotton and Olivia Cotton-Neary; 13 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Soward; husband, Samuel Fred Frazier; brothers, James and Robert E. Hardin and parents, Raymond A. and Mary Louise Hardin.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM Friday June 7, 2019 at Hardin County Funeral Service (Cox Chapel) in Rosiclare, IL. A private graveside service will be held later at Empire Cemetery.
