Sherry Lee Cox

Sherry Lee Cox, age 51, of Marion, KY passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025. She was a member of Repton Baptist Church and was a coal miner.

Survivors include her husband, Timothy Alan Cox, Marion, KY; two sons, Jimmy Whitehair, Marion, KY and Travis Whitehair, Campbellsville, KY; one brother, Eddie Eugene Ross, West Paducah, KY; four sisters, Wanda Reynolds, Marion, KY, Linda Campbell, Hardin, KY, Doris Cates and Debbie Ross, both of TN; four grandchildren, Jaden Sherman, Justin Sherman, Freya Whitehair and Elijah Hazel and several nieces and nephews.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Nelson Ross and Dorothy Nell Stone Ross, two brothers and one sister.

Visitation will be Friday, October 31, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion KY. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Friday at 1:00 pm with Bro. George Hollis officiating. Burial will follow in Asbridge Cemetery in Crittenden County.
