Roberta Ellen Parish

Roberta Ellen Marshall Parish passed away from this life on Friday, June 12, 2026 at the age of 71 at Crittenden County Nursing and Rehab in Marion, KY.

Roberta was born September 8, 1954 in Dexter, MO to Frank Marshall and Onia Lillian Fowler Marshall.

Survivors include her sons, Jeremy Jenkins and Frank Rowe; grandchildren, Victoria, Colby and Shelby Jenkins; sisters, Reta (Gary) Qualman, with whom she had a very special bond, Bonnie Jackson and Eva Hutchinson; brother, Jerry (Debra) Marshall; sisters-in-law, Linda Marshall and Linda Darrick and several nieces, nephews, cousins other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Jayson Jenkins; parents, Frank and Onia Lillian Marshall; siblings, Charles Marshall, Harold Marshall, Ted Marshall, Ann Scott, Roselee Cook and Rev. James Marshall; niece, Melisa Harms; sisters-in-law, Paula Marshall and Rosella Marshall and brothers-in-law, Butch Jackson, Otis Scott and Ray Hutchinson.

Roberta loved being a waitress and was a great one for many years. She also loved riding horses, country dancing and family get togethers. What a time we would have laughing and reminiscing and anticipating what was going to happen next at Mike and Debbie's house. There was never a dull moment.

The family would like to say thank you to the staff of Crittenden County Nursing and Rehab and the hospice nurses that assisted in Roberta's care. She was pleased with all of you.

Services are scheduled for 1 PM Friday, June 19, 2026 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Whites Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until service time Friday at the funeral home.
