Ophelia Johnson, 86, of Marion, KY died Thursday at Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Lone Oak, KY. She was a member of Marion Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Edwin W. "Bart" Johnson of Marion, KY; daughter, Sharon (Joe) Albritten of Paducah, KY; son, Eric Johnson of Marion, KY; grandson, Shawn Yates of Paducah, KY and a sister, Miriam Brown of Evansville, IN.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Elbert and Ida Brown; sisters, Juanita and Thelma Cruce and brothers, Doyle and J.T. Brown.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Please make donations to the Crittenden County No Kill Animal Shelter, Just-A-Mere Road, Marion, KY or American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.
