Lois V. Brasher Hicks, 81, of Eddyville, KY formerly of Marion, KY died Friday at Crittenden Health Systems. She was a life long member of Marion Baptist Church and member of the Kentucky Board of Realtors.
Surviving is her daughter, Tracey Choat of Eddyville, KY; sons, Roy Anthony "Tony" Hicks of Aliso Viejo, CA and James C. Hicks of Deer Park, TX; brothers, Bill and Doug Fox both of Marion, KY and Jimmy Fox of Ledbetter, KY; sister, Elizabeth Campbell of Kissimmee, FL; 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Hicks; parents, Collin Fox and Edith Fox Russell; son, Michael Hicks; 1 sister and 1 brother.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to River City Mission, 100 Fountain Ave. Suite 106, Paducah, KY 42001; Happy Trails Ministry c/o Marion Baptist Church, 131 E. Depot St. Marion, KY 42064 or IICE Ministries, 500 Baker Road, Fredonia, KY 42411.
