She is survived by her lifetime companion: Ricky Wallace of Symsonia, KY.; Daughter: Melissa & Jeromey Blasdel of Symsonia, KY.; Grandson: Tyler Zane Blasdel of Symsonia, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother Earl Hayden Jr.
