Linda Kaye Swatzell

Linda Kaye Swatzell, 48, of Kodak, TN., formerly of Marion, KY., died April 10, 2019 at her home in Kodak. She was a member of Life In Christ Church.

Survivors include her husband, Lonnie Swatzell of Kodak, TN.; daughter, Lydia (Eddie) Smith of Kuttawa, KY.; step daughter, Lacy Cruzen of Alaska; step father, Junior Guess of Marion, KY.; brother, Nelson (Tammy) Newton of Lamont, IL.; sisters, Leora Newton of Christopher, IL. and Sue (Chris) McDonald of Marion, KY.; step brothers, Bruce (Christy) Guess of Marion, KY. and Dennis (Lisa) Guess of Fredonia, KY.; grandchildren, Briar Cruzen of Alaska and Kelsea Smith of Kuttawa, KY. and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Eugene Newton and Wanda Faye Guess and sister, Rhonda Newton.

Services are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday April 13, 2019 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY. with interment in Carrsville Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
