John Alan Newbell, 73, of Marion, KY died Sunday in Evansville, IN.
Surviving is his sister, Ann (J.R.) Tharp of Wanatah, IN; nephews, Charles (Ramona) Parrish, Rick (Jackie) Tharp, Jamie (Amy) Tharp; niece, Sharon (Dave) Harness; several great nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Benton and Imogene Newbell; 1 sister, Wanda Parrish, 1 brother, Robert Newbell and nephew Thomas Parrish.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Wednesday September 4, 2013 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 9 AM until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
