Survivors include his son, Randy Booker of Naples, FL; daughter, Victoria Russo of Hoffman Estates, IL; and son, Kevin Booker of Mundelein, IL. Survivors also include his sister, Joanne Winn of Fredonia, KY; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
