Hershel Palmer, 76, of Rosiclare, IL died Wednesday at Hardin County Hospital.
Surviving is his wife, Sherilee Palmer of Rosiclare, IL and sister, Helen Irene Cubley of Rosiclare, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil O. and Elsie Littrell Palmer; 1 brother and 2 sisters.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare with interment in Fluorine Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Friday at Cox Funeral Home.
