Henry M. "Roni" Asbridge

Henry M. "Roni" Asbridge, 89, of Marion, KY passed away at his home May 28, 2023. He was a good man who got the Crittenden-Livingston Water District formed, served as Sheriff, Judge Executive, Jailer, 2 terms as deputy jailer, part time farmer and a member of Repton Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Janie Driver Asbridge; son, Maronia Lee Asbridge of Eddyville, KY; daughter, Betty (Ricky) McDaniel of Princeton, KY; 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, Becky Childress and Hazel Christine Asbridge and nephews, Allen Asbridge, Jr. and Johnny Lee Childress.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janie Pearlene Cox; brothers, Elmer, Allen and Roy Keith Asbridge; sisters, Cora Alice Childress, Thelma Martin and Mary Asbridge; nephew, Danny Childress and parents, Allie Martin and Mary Christine Lewis Asbridge.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday June 1, 2023 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Asbridge Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Wednesday and from 9 AM until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
