Helen Faye Stroud

Helen Faye Stroud, 73, of Shawneetown, IL passed away February 2, 2026 at Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, IL.

Survivors include her children, Harry Lee Barnes, Linda Faye Franks, Henry Allen Barnes and Kristy Ann Barnes; 17 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and siblings, Martha Jean Mattews, Charles Eugene Johnson, Tony Lee Johnson, Ronald Wayne Johnson and Johnny Ray Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Edgar Stroud and parents, John Henry Johnson and Wanda Bernice Kitchens.

A memorial visitation will be held 11 AM to 1 PM Saturday February 7, 2026 at Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare, IL.
