Survivors include his children, Jeffrey and Valerie Winters both of Elizabethtown, IL.; grandchild, Devin Winters of Elizabethtown, IL. and sister, Wilmetta Wimberly of Elizabethtown, IL
He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Winters; parents, Tommie and Elva Winters; brother, Raymond Winters and sister, Norma Jean Bozarth.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday September 15, 2019 at Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare, IL. with interment in Winters Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
