Galena Dalton, 74, of Metropolis, IL., passed away on Monday July 2, 2012 at 3:50 P.M. at Lourdes Hospital in Paducay, KY. She was born on September 10, 1937 in Cave-In-Rock, IL., to Galen and Odessa (Croft) Blaine. She married Charles Dalton Jr. in 1952.
Mrs. Dalton is survived by her husband: Charles Dalton Jr.; Daughter: Christal and Thomas Koerner; Son: Timothy Dalton; Brother: Gladly and Mary Blaine; 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, Cave-In-Rock, IL., is in charge of services. Visitation will be Saturday July 7, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be Saturday July 7, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. graveside, Cave Hill Cemetery, Cave-In-Rock, IL. Minister Jeff Stone will officiate the services.
