Frank A. Gillespie, 91, of Marion, KY died Thursday at his home in Marion. He was a retired river boat pilot and Army Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his 3 daughters, Helen McConnell, Sue McDowell and Carolyn Hinchee all of Marion, KY; 10 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 27 great great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Margie Gillespie; parents, Jack and Stella Gahgan Gillespie and 2 brothers.
Graveside services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Marion, KY with burial to follow.
