Forest Ray "Buck" Simmons

Forest Ray "Buck" Simmons, 85, of Cave-In-Rock, IL. died May 16, 2019 at Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehab in Rosiclare, IL.
Survivors include his son, Freddie Ray (Terry) Simmons of The Villages, FL.; half brother, Joe Edmondson of Sturgis, KY.; grandchildren, Tracy (Neil) Hamon of Aviston, IL. and Emily (Jeff) Holohan of Watseka, IL. and great grandchildren, Ally and Mason Hamon and Layla and Camille Holohan. The family would like to give a special thanks to Clara Tolbert, Dr. Sunga and Donna Roberson and the staff of Rosiclare Healthcare and Rehab.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Oma Simmons and parents, William Gregory and Dortha Mae Simmons.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Saturday May 18, 2019 at Potters Church in Cave-In-Rock, IL. with interment in Mt. Zion Cemtery. The family will receive visitors from 11 AM until service time Saturday at the church.
Donations may be made to Potters Church.
