Elizabeth Hopson Mills

Elizabeth Hopson Mills, 76, of Marion, KY passed away December 17, 2025 at Livingston County Hospital. She was a longtime member of Marion United Methodist Church, member of St. Pius X Catholic Church in Calvert City, KY, was Valedictorian of CCHS Class of 1967 and one of the first women to obtain an MBA from Murray State University in the early 1980's where she graduated with honors.

Survivors include her children, Jamey (Tiffany) Mills of Paducah, KY and Susana (John) Henry of Marion, KY and grandchildren, Ava Henry, Addison Dudley, Ava Dudley, Jude Mills and Louisa Henry.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Gerald Louis "Jerry" Mills; sister, Carla Jo Rayburn; father, Carl Leon Hopson and mother, Sarah Hopson Enterkin.

Graveside services are scheduled for 3 PM Tuesday December 23, 2025 at Mapleview Cemetery in Marion, KY. A memorial visitation will be held from 1-3 PM Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY.
