Debra Ann Gilliam, 70, of Rosiclare, Il. passed away on April 28, 2026, at Herrin Hospital. Debra was a member of Women on Wheels and Honeycomb Church of Christ.
She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Jackson of Marion, Il., sons, Jonathan (Anita) Tolbert of Rosiclare, Il. and Jonathon Ross of Pittsburg, IL., 7 grandchildren, brother, Larry (Tina) Partain, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded by her husband, David Gilliam, Parents, James and Elva Lindsay, brother, James R. Lindsay and nephew, James Lindsay Jr.
Hardin County Funeral Service is overseeing arrangements. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
