David Keith Millikan, 49, of Marion, KY. died December 23, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.
Survivors include his children, Seth, Teague and Raylee Millikan all of Marion, KY. and brother, Darron Millikan of Marion, KY.
He was preceded in death by his son, Damon Millikan; parents, Otis and Sue Millikan and sister, Sandy Williams.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Thursday December 28, 2017 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY. with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to the Parkinsons Association.
