Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Larry Samuel of Marion, KY; sisters, Charlotte Chandler of Marion, KY, Teresa (Howard) Hughes of Fredonia, KY; Anita (Tim) Pritchett of Evansville, IN; Linda (Jerry) Thacker of Evansville, IN; mother, Marie Rushing of Henderson, KY; children, Chad (Lorye) Chandler of Colona, IL; Heather (Loren) Champion Gracey, KY; Holly (Chad) Lewis of Elizabethtown, KY; nieces and nephews, Tony (Lisa) Qualls, Kennedy Hughes, Ethan Lewis and Braxton Lewis and special friend, her boston terroir, Emma Chandler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Denver Rushing and Wanda Scott; sister, Barbara Qualls and brother-in-law, Tommy Chandler.
Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Monday July 13, 2020 at Mapleview Cemetery. The family request in leu of flowers and food, please make donations to
