Billy Charles Owen, age 66, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, November 13, 2025, at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
Survivors include one sister, Dale Beverly and husband, Pastor Don Beverly of Eddyville, Kentucky. Billly is survived by several nieces and nephews and a special friend for several years, Lisa Moore of Beaver Dam, Kentucky.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents William Herbert Owen and Odia Lorena Guess Owen, two sisters: Verna Kinnis and Dean
Wilson, and four brothers: James McClure, Oliver Ray McClure, Troy McClure and Dannie McClure.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, Kentucky. Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Bro. Daimon Glaskox officiating. Burial will follow in Frances Cemetery.
