William Dale "Bill" Kemper, 66, of Tolu, KY died Saturday at his home in Tolu, KY. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.
Surviving is his son, Daniel (Hope) Kemper of Tolu, KY and grandson, Drake Kemper of Tolu, KY; step grandchildren, Cody Affholder and Chelsea Bonner and step great grandchild, Jace Bonner.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard "Boss" and Helen Kemper and 1 brother.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Hurricane Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
