Anna Louise "Tootsie" Hamilton, 97, of Marion, KY passed away December 28, 2023 at Livingston Hospital and Healthcare, Inc. She was a member of the Marion United Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include her children Patsy (Ed) Peek of Hopkinsville, KY, Mike Hamilton of Marion, KY and Robin (Mike) Hamilton-Folks of Brentwood, TN; grandchildren, Robin Clay Patton, Ross Hamilton Love, Joshua Hamilton, Heather Belt, Ashley Hamilton, Matt Folks, Mike Folks and Holly Folks; several great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R.C. Hamilton; parents, Hillis and Iva Hunt; brother, R.D. Hunt; grandson, Ryan Love and daughter-in-law, Denise Hamilton.
Services are scheduled for 10 AM Saturday December 30, 2023 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-7 PM Friday December 29, 2023 and from 9 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Donations may be made to the Ryan Love Youth Services Scholarship, c/o First United Methodist Church of Hopkinsville, 1305 S. Main, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
It was Mrs. Hamilton's request that everyone wear bright colors to the services.
