Mr. William Paul Milligan

William Paul Milligan, 75, of Herod, IL., passed away on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at Hardin County General Hospital. He was born on December 17, 1942 in Herod, IL., to Clyde Milligan and Essie Williams Milligan. He was a member of Honey Comb Church of God.
Mr. Milligan is survived by his Son: Chris and Lynn Milligan; Brother: Clyde “Dean” Milligan; Sisters: Vivian Wallace, Dortha Milligan, Erma Bellitto, and Annie Beckham; and many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his Wife: Mamie Conkle Milligan; Parents: Clyde and Essie Milligan; Brothers: Arthur, Cecil, and Kenneth;
Sisters: Hildred Milligan and Mildred Mondy.
Hardin County Funeral Services, Cox Funeral Home, is in charge of services. Visitation will held on Saturday December 30, 2017 at Cox Funeral Home from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. The funeral service will be held on Sunday December 31, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Honey Comb Church of God. Rev. Harold Miller and Rev. Robert Turner will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery.
