Virginia L. "Ginny" Tinsley

Virginia L. "Ginny" Tinsley, 65, of Marion, KY died Friday July 22, 2016 at Baptist Health Paducah. She was retired from Marion Police Department where she worked as a dispatcher.
Survivors include her husband, Donald Tinsley of Marion, KY; son, Edward Neil Doom of Morganfield, KY; daughters, Michelle Lee Doom of Marion, KY and Melinda Ann Whitlock of Henderson, KY; mother, Margaret Ann Weldon of Marion, KY; brother, Mike Weldon of Marion, KY; sisters, Patricia Vied and Nancy Hodge both of Marion, KY and 7 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Neil Weldon; brother, Tom Weldon; sister, Margaret Louise Weldon and 1 infant son.

Graveside services are scheduled for 1 PM Wednesday July 27,16 at Mapleview Cemetery in Marion, KY with interment to follow. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until 12:40 PM Wednesday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY.
