Vada Mae Moyers

Vada Mae Rotes Moyers, 91, of Rosiclare, IL. went to be with the Lord on April 29, 2016. She was a loving mother with her family always, first in her lifetime and then forever in our memories. She worked at the United States Postal Service and was known by most as the administration person for REA from which she retired. She was also a member of Hardin County Hospital Association, Fluorspar Association and did volunteer work whenever called upon. She is a member of the First Christian Church in Rosiclare where she served as secretary for many years.

Survivors include her son, Jack (Dianne) Moyers of Mississippi and grandsons, John (Trista) Moyers, Jason (Amanda) Moyers and Brian (Carrie) Moyers.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Mortz Gothel Moyers; daughter, Jill Moyers and parents, Bass and Nellie Rotes,

Services are scheduled for 1 PM Wednesday May 4, 2016 at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare, IL with interment in Fluorine Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10 AM Wednesday until service time at the funeral home.
