Sandra Beck

Margaret Sandra Whitt Beck, 82 formerly from Marion, KY passed from this Earth on Sunday, March 14,
2021 at St Joseph East in Lexington, KY.
Sandra was the daughter of the late George ‘Buster’ Whitt Sr and Lahoma (Brown) Whitt. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe McDowell; daughter, Tammy (McDowell) Carey Walker; brother, Buddy Whitt and sisters, Barbara Dixon and Janice Cottrell.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (McDowell) Moore and Kelly McDowell. Three grandchildren,
Allyson Moore, Joseph Moore and Jordan Carey Koch. Three great grandchildren, Samuel Wade, Oakley
Ryan Moore and Owen Douglas Koch and brother, Larry Whitt.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday March 20, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial following at New Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00am until service time at the funeral home.
