Rena Mae Beshears

Rena Mae Beshears, 89, passed away peacefully at Deaconess Hospital with her family surrounding her Monday, August 24, 2015. She was born on November 27, 1925 in Marion, KY to Henry and Ruth Vanhooser. She attended Marion High School; was married to her husband Roy Beshears for 49 years and they were Farmers. She was a loving wife, Sister, Aunt, and Great Aunt, who loved her family dearly. Her Faith, beautiful smile, joyful spirit and her way of making others feel special will forever leave footprints on our heart.


Rena Mae is survived by her dear Sister, Juanita Faye Heneisen; Sister-in-law; Evelyn Vanhooser, Nephews, David(Michele) Vanhooser, Mike Vanhooser, Greg(Amy) Heneisen; Nieces, Melinda(Jim) Bisch, Sheila(Jim) Nalley, Terri(Dave) Beckman, Patti(Christopher) Savage, Melissa(Tim) Daugherty and; 7 great nieces, 6 great nephews.



Rena was preceded in death by her loving husband; Roy Beshears; Brother; Bill Vanhooser and Sister; Louise Williamson.



Rena Mae was a faithful member of Crayne Community Church where she loved to attend Gospel Sings.



Friends may visit Friday August 28, 2015 between 5-8:00 P.M at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, Kentucky.


Funeral Services will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015, 11:30 A.M. at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
