Nelda Frances Phelps

Nelda Frances Phelps, 91, of Marion, KY died Monday at Crittenden County Health and Rehab. She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Marion, KY, long time employee of The Peoples Bank and various other community organizations.
Surviving are her brother, Earl Phelps of Tennessee; 13 nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews and several great great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George Francis and Daisy Phelps.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Wednesday December 16, 2015 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 9 AM until service time Wednesday.
Donations may be made to the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 224 West Bellville St., Marion, KY 42064 or Gideons International, P.O. Box 304, Salem, KY 42078.
