Laura Jane Curtis, 56, of Marion, KY passed away Sunday October 3, 2021 at Baptist Health Paducah.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Curtis of Marion, KY; mother, Carolyn Uptain Hackney Papineau of Marion, KY; sisters, June Sherer Colburn (Johnny) of Eldridge, AL, Debra Ford (Terry) of Eldridge, AL; brother, Randy Hackney (Marilyn) of
Parr, IN; nieces, Deana Jones (Jason) of Paducah, KY, Natasha Shepard (James) of Nauvoo, AL; nephews, T.J. Sherer (Nikki) of Jasper, AL, Barrett Sherer (Casey) of Marion, KY; special grandchildren, Daryl, Millie, Hadley, Sherer; special sister and brother-in-law,
Jennie Sue and Randy Samuels.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kirtley Hackney and niece, Carissa Ford.

Services are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday October 8, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home with interment in Rosebud Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday October 7, 2021 at the funeral home.
