Jared Lee Hoke, 36, of Herod, IL died Tuesday at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.
Surviving are his father, Gaylon Hoke of Herod, IL; sisters, Vicky (Todd) Gourley of Evansville, IN and Kelly (David) Clark of Champaign, IL; nephews, Blake and Brock Gourley of Evansville, IN and Nathan and Jacob Clark of Champaign, IL.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Lee Hoke.
Per Jared's wishes a private graveside service will be held at a later date. Hardin County Funeral Services in Rosiclare, IL. is in charge of arrangements.
