Janet Rae Whitley, 78, of Marion, KY. died July 25, 2019 at her home in Marion, KY.
Survivors include her children, Lyman P. (Lorna)Parker, Jr., Tammie R. Pluskota, Daryl L. Parker and Tanya M. Parker all of Marion, KY. and Jerry L. (Vicky) Parker of Clinton, TN.; step daughters Shari (Terry) McClure, Donna (Mike) Skinner, sisters, Carol Cataldi, Jackie Beeson, Bonnie Stephens, Ruth Schafer, Margie Anderson and Mary Ann Tigner; brothers, Robert Eugene Marvel, Jr., William Marvel and Benny Marvel; life partner John Bradford, 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Whitley and parents, Robert Eugene and Floris Marvel, Sr.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Tuesday July 30, 2019 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY. with interment in Mapleview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Monday at the funeral home.
