Survivors include his children, Tanya Smith of Minneapolis, MN, Holly Blair of Elizabethtown, IL and Jameson Smith of Paducah, KY; brothers, Mike and Jerry Smith; sisters, Connie Duncan, Dianna Allen, Brenda Litton and Louise Newlin and 4 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Lulabelle Smith.
Services will be held at a later date.
Hardin County Funeral Service in Rosiclare, IL is in charge of arrangements.
