James Ronald "Ronnie" Mayes, 59, of Marion, KY died August 10, 2021 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. He was a member of Masonic Lodge Number 911.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Mayes of Marion, KY; children, Shannon (Daniel) Stoltenburg of Sturgis, KY, Ashley (Demoia) Eatherly of Clarksville, TN, Kayla (Terri) DeLong of Henderson, KY, Phoenix Mayes of Marion, KY, Tony (Dana) Brasher, Jr. of Madisonville, KY and Crystal (Chris) Bridges of Paducah, KY; brother, Paul Eldon Mayes, Jr. of Hanceville, Alabama; grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Marissa, Hayleigh, Allyson, Carson, Tyler, Skyler, Faith, Chase, Gage, Cullen, Trinity and Katlyn and great grandchildren, Elijah, Presleigh, Kinsley and Klaire.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Eldon and Barbara Gene Mayes, Sr.; brother, Roger Glen Mayes and sisters, Christine Mayes and Paula Phelps.
Services are scheduled for 1 PM Monday August 16, 2021 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Rosebud Cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for 5-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
