Eugene Head, 81, of Marion, KY died February 18, 2021 at Salem Springlake Health and Rehab.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Head of Marion, KY; sons, Frankie (Helen) Head and Don Head both of Marion, KY; brothers, Frankie and Randy Head both of Henderson, KY; sisters, Donna Smith of Georgia and Alger Prow of Clay, KY; grandchildren, Jennifer Congenie, Nicole Bebout and Evan Head and great grandchildren, Grayson, Jaxson, Beckett, Sawyer and Emma.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Cecil Head; 2 brothers, Jerry and Kenneth Head and 1 sister, Mary Ayers.
Private services will be held at a later date.
