Edith Elizabeth Brittain, 94, formerly of Cave-In-Rock, IL., died January 18, 2020 at Princeton Nursing and Rehab in Princeton, KY. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Cave-In-Rock, IL.
She was born December 30, 1925 to Carl and Ercell Bragdon in Dycusburg, KY.
Survivors include her sons, Michael (Alice) McKinney of Marquette, Michigan and Richard (Edith) McKinney of Princeton, KY.; sister, Dorothy (Ulus) Smith of Marion, IL.; stepson, Donald (Marilyn) Brittain of Lake Village, IN.; step daughter, April Fowler of Harrisburg, IL.; 4 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Gordon Brittain; brothers, Glen and Rudy Bragdon both of Cave-In-Rock, IL.; sister, Billie Long of Rosiclare, IL. and infant sister, Norma Jean Bragdon.
Private graveside services will be held at Cave Hill Cemetery in Cave-In-Rock, IL.
Hardin County Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
