Dorothy Jean Lowry

Dorothy Jean Lowry, 78, of Harrisburg, IL. formerly of Elizabethtown, IL. died August 22, 2018 at her home in Harrisburg, IL. She was a member of the Pentecostal Faith.

Survivors include her children, Darrell Pierce, Jerry Leinenbach and Bonnie Gott all of Harrisburg, IL. and Connie Riley of Eldorado, IL.; brother, Sherman Pierce of Georgia;

half brothers, Joel White of Owensboro, KY. and Larry White of Harrisburg, IL.; half sisters, Donna Mugge and Shirley Miller both of Harrisburg, IL,;

11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Lowry; grandchild, Mattew Pierce and 3 brothers.

Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday August 26, 2018 at Hardin County Funeral Service, Cox Chapel, in Rosiclare, IL. with interment in Empire Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 10 AM until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
