Mrs. Downs was survived by 2 Daughters Michele Mitchell of Paducah KY., Candice Clapton of Paducah KY., 3 Grandchildren Jordan Bonds of Iuka KY., Danielle Duncan of Marion KY. and Payton Dukes of Smithland KY. 1 Great Grandchild Dani Duncan, 2 Siblings William Hiney of Morris IL. and Susan Elam of Smithland KY.
Graveside services will be held 10:00am Sturday March 19, 2016 at Birdsville Cemetery,Birdsville, KY. with Gilbert Funeral Home in charge of services.
