Mrs. Brenda Kaye Cowsert
September 18, 1948 — April 20, 2015
Brenda Kaye Cowsert, 66, of Rosiclare, IL., passed away on Monday April 20, 2015 at 7:15 P.M. at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. She was born to James Hobbs and Eula (Belt) Hobbs in Tolu, KY.
She is survived by her Husband: Danny D. Cowsert of Rosiclare, IL.; Daughter: Lisa and Tommy Dutton of Rosiclare, IL.; Son: Wesley and Jill Cowsert of Cave In Rock, IL.; Daughter: Sheila and Tim Wallace of Mount Vernon, IA.; 7 Grandchildren: Adrian, Colten, Tanner, Olivia, Chelsea, Conrad, and Kayla; 1 Great Grandchild: Reagan; Sister: Valerie and Michael Brons of Atlanta, GA.; Sister: Patty and Jack Merideth of Harrisburg, IL.; many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
She was preceded in death by her Parents: James “Chigger” and Eula Hobbs; Brothers: Keith “Skeeter” Hobbs and Bryan “Fat Man” Hobbs.
Hardin County Funeral Services are in charge of arrangements. As per her wishes, Mrs. Cowsert will be cremated. A memorial service will be held on Sunday April 26, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at Peters Creek Baptist Church. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Rev. Jimmy Porter will officiate the services. A private family burial will take place at Cowsert Cemetery at a later date.
