Willie West, 87, of Marion, KY. died Tuesday at Crittenden County Health and Rehab. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and member of the General Baptist Faith.
Surviving are his sons, Wayne and Greg West both of Marion, KY and daughter, Ann Clark of Henderson, KY; brother, Doug West of Hatfield, IN; 11 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta West; son, Sonny West; parents, Willie and Thelma West, Sr.; 2 brothers and 1 sister.
Services are scheduled for 11 AM Thursday March 19, 2015 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Rosebud Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Military rites will be held at the cemetery on Thursday.
