Mattie “Tommie” Lola Collier, 100, of Elizabethtown, IL. passed away on Tuesday March 11, 2014 at Rosiclare Healthcare Center at 4:38 P.M. She was born on February 4, 1914 in Cave In Rock, IL. to Milton Lewis Sr. and Della Martin Lewis.
She is survived by a Son: Ronnie Tadlock; Grandson: James Lee Tadlock; Granddau: Kimberly Chapman; Grandson: William Chapman; Granddau: Debra Chapman; 6 Great Grandchildren; Sis: Geraldine Hacker; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Husband: Carl L Collier; Parents; Bros: Milton Lewis Jr., Wayman Lewis, and Bobby Dean Lewis.
Hardin County Funeral Service, Rose-Gilbert Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday March 15, 2014 at Potters Church in Cave In Rock, IL. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Rev. Larry Lewis will officiate the services.
