Madison LaShae Conger, 15, of Crestview, FL., formerly of Marion, KY., died Tuesday September 20, 2016 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL.
Survivors include her parents, Meredith and Carrolle Wayne Conger of Crestview, FL.; sister, Courtni Conger of Crestview, FL.; grandmother, Linda (Kenny) Penn of Marion, KY.; grandfather, Larry Simpkins of Marion, KY.; grandparents, Winfred and Donna Green of Marion, KY. and nephew, Carter Stowe of Crestview, FL.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Pat Conger and uncle, Paul Simpkins.
Services are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday September 25, 2016 at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion, KY with interment in Asbridge Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
